Payment Policy
Tuition is payable at the time of registration and must be paid in full by the first day of instruction. At least $100.00 must be paid at the time of registration. Arrangements for deferred payments may be made through the Registrar's office. Degrees will not be awarded nor will transcripts be provided until all financial obligations have been met.
Refund Policy
Vea University, without penalty or obligation, will refund 100 percent of the tuition paid, if notice of cancellation is made prior to or on the first day of instruction. No fees—including the application fee—are refundable. Any notification of withdrawal or cancellation, and any requests for a refund must be made in writing.
Tuition will be refunded on the following pro-rated basis:
From the 1st through the 15th day of the semester: 100%
From the 16th through the 30th day of the semester: 70%
From the 31st day through the 45th day of the semester: 50%
No tuition will be refunded after the 45th day of the semester.
